As I learn more about dieting, I learn more about diet. As a late teenager, I said if I caught diabetes then I would become a vegan. That hasn’t worked so well. 

I am diabetic, yet I realize that many foods that are good to me and my blood sugar. I know that lots of meats and cheeses may result in low carbs. I know that things I considered Vegan include fruits and too much juices aren’t for me. While leafy vegetables and many low carb vegetables are good, I can only do so much of that. 

I haven’t found the right result, yet I’m more confused after my diabetic education than ever.  Well, I know there are no diabetics in heaven. Only post diabetics.
