Write about your strongest memory of heart-pounding belly-twisting nervousness: what caused the adrenaline? Was it justified? How did you respond?

My strongest feelings of nervousness are actually not about combat. They are about roller-coasters. I always have felt nervousness going through the lines at Six Flags over Georgia. While I drew the line at roller-coasters that flip, ones that are just jerky and fast cause problems as well.

I know my fear isn’t justified, but some people do get hurt through theirs or through operator error. I just feel that I don’t have to ride on them. So, I don’t. While some people call me names because of my fear, I don’t worry about it.
